Why use Vitamin D3
 
Vitamin D3 is known as the sunshine vitamin, it is provided naturally when exposed to the sun. But many people are vitamin D deficient, usually due to a number of factors, such as; amount of exposure to the sun, age and skin type.  
 
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin (meaning is stored within the body for long periods of time). It promotes calcium absorption in the gut & maintains serum calcium & phosphate concentrations, helping normal bone mineralisation, bone growth and bone structure. Vitamin D also helps reduce inflammation, also helping influence cell growth, neuromuscular and normal immune function.
